Orders placed before 3 pm EST are shipped via US Priority Mail the same day. Orders are expected to arrive within three business days. You will receive an SMS text message containing the USPS tracking number once the specimen kit is in transit, along with another SMS text message once it is delivered.
Returns
The specimen kit contains a medical-grade Oragene OCD-100 Saliva collection device. Specimen kits shipped cannot be returned due to the potential for tampering and biohazards. Once delivered, specimen kits are activated by the end purchaser, and testing can be performed on another family member or other individual who activates the kit.
